1. 我可以同時供應清真和非清真肉類嗎?

是的,這是可能的(請參閱下面的 3 級認證),但這是最不受歡迎的。如果您的餐廳選擇從清真肉類供應商處採購肉類,最好不要在同一場所提供非清真肉類。獲得完全清真認證是一種質量保證,這意味著您的場所不應有任何非清真肉類或豬肉。


2. 誰可以申請清真認證?

3. 為什麼有3個級別的清真認證?

  • 1級:清真認證: 餐廳僅準備和供應清真食品。
  • 2級:清真廚房餐廳: 廚房僅供應清真食品,用餐區也供應酒精/非清真食品。
  • 3級:清真友好餐廳: 清真和非清真食品在廚房準備,但採取嚴格的措施以避免任何級別的污染。

4. 清真認證的費用是多少

一般餐廳(不包括酒店內的餐廳),每年的收費介乎港幣2,500元至港幣4,000元。 換句話說,每天額外收費港幣7元至港幣11元。同時,1名穆斯林付費客戶每天消費港幣100元或以上,每年可增加36,500港元的營運現金流。 這就是 清真商業意識


5. 如何申請,需要多長時間?

Please contact GBA Halal Certification Centre for halal certification queries. They are staffed with billingual employees that are qualified to determine whether your menu, ingredients, products, utensils, facilities, etc., meet the halal requirements. A Halal certificate is only issued when the integrity of your supply chain is maintained, based on Halal CCP (critical control points) standards. The whole process takes up to six (6) weeks, or less.


6. 我是一家餐館的穆斯林老闆。為什麼我需要清真認證?

The Halal certification is not just about your meat being slaughtered the halal way. It is also a quality-safety assurance that the product is clean and hygienic. Just as importantly, there are some non-Muslim restaurants in HK that claim to be halal by dishonestly displaying the Arabic word حلال to attract customers (targeting unsuspecting Muslim tourists and business visitors). By following one standard certification, real halal restaurants in HK can help minimise the problem.
